It has been official since the Dach und Holz trade fair in Cologne: Wolfgang Völkl will move from the back office to the field sales team, effective from 1 April 2018. His role will be to reinforce the RIB-ROOF sales team in Germany’s postal code areas 54-56, 6/7 and 86-89. The specialist for transport and logistics has been with Zambelli since 2007. He knows the RIB-ROOF metal roof system and the ways it is used like the back of his hand. He has progressed through all areas of the company, from quotation preparation to order processing, material procurement, production planning and logistics. Wolfgang Völkl has been in charge of internal sales since 2010. His future role will to support processors and planners in the completion of their construction tasks, from tendering to realisation. “I am looking forward to the new challenge and to the opportunity to contribute my expertise in lightweight metal construction in the interests of Zambelli, from the very beginning of developing a building project. The trade is always open to new developments”, the 32-year-old likeable Lower Bavarian knows from his previous professional experience. “That's where speed and accessibility are particularly important.” He attaches considerable importance to building personal rapport with the customer.
