From Punching and Bending Center to Manufacturing Network
The foundation for today’s Industrial Metalworking division was established in Wegscheid in 1985 with the investment in an automated punching and bending center. Over the decades, the production of individual metal products developed into a manufacturing network for sheet metal parts, enclosures, and assemblies.
Today, production takes place at facilities in Germany, the Czech Republic, and Romania. Our European manufacturing network provides additional capacity and allows projects to be allocated flexibly across the group. This enables us to support growing requirements over the long term.
From Development to Delivery
Many projects begin at the development stage. Working closely with our customers, we develop solutions designed with manufacturing, assembly, and subsequent series production in mind.
The entire process chain—from cutting and forming to welding, surface treatment, and assembly—is handled within our manufacturing network. Upon request, products are fully assembled, packaged, and prepared for shipment.
Part of the Zambelli Group
Industrial Metalworking is part of the Zambelli Group. With more than 1,200 employees and several business divisions, the group combines industrial manufacturing, its own production facilities, and decades of experience in metalworking.
In addition to Industrial Metalworking, the Zambelli Group operates in roof drainage, building envelopes, heating technology, shelving systems, and caravaning.
