Cutting and punching form the basis for many sheet metal components. Laser cutting and punching processes provide precise contours and cost-effective production of enclosures, cladding components, and sheet metal parts.

Bending and forming give sheet metal parts their final shape. These processes produce accurately formed enclosures, cladding components, and parts for industrial applications.

Automated production lines combine punching, forming, and bending in a continuous process. This reduces manual processing steps and enables cost-effective high-volume production.

Individual parts are joined using various welding processes to create robust assemblies and structures. The appropriate process is selected based on the application.

Pretreatment and coating are carried out at our own facilities. This eliminates additional transportation and allows components to move directly to the next production step without external interfaces.

Gaskets are applied directly to components or assemblies. This reduces assembly effort and eliminates additional processing steps.

Individual parts are assembled into installation-ready assemblies or complete products. Upon request, we also handle testing, packaging, and shipping directly to the end customer.
