Roof drainage

Masterfully engineered drainage. For more than 50 years, Zambelli has been developing roof drainage systems trusted by roofing and sheet metal professionals. With Zambelli COLORDUR®, we offer a color-coated roof drainage system complemented by sheet metal and coils. This allows all flashing components to be manufactured from the same material and perfectly matched to the roof drainage system.

For projects of all sizes. Zambelli develops metal roofing systems and facade solutions to meet a wide range of requirements. Industrial Metalworking

Zambelli combines industrial metalworking, co-engineering and serial production. For more than 40 years, we have been manufacturing sheet metal parts, housings and assemblies – from prototypes to serial production. In our own facilities in Germany, the Czech Republic, and Romania, we cover the entire process chain – from cutting and forming to powder coating and assembly. We deliver assemblies ready for installation and packaging.

Shelving systems

For everything worth preserving. Zambelli develops shelving and storage systems for libraries, archives, museums, offices and warehouses. They create spatial structure, optimize space utilization and allow for efficient use of existing space. All systems can be configured as stationary or mobile units and equipped with manual, mechanical or electric drive systems. Design and configuration are tailored to existing conditions, intended use, and access requirements.

Caravaning

Quality at scale. Zambelli develops and manufactures components and assemblies for motorhomes and caravans – including doors, access hatches, and structural elements. As a system supplier, Zambelli supports customers from development through to serial production, ensuring the seamless integration of components into existing vehicle designs. Manufacturing takes place at our dedicated competence center in České Budějovice (CZ).

Heating technology

Zambelli develops and manufactures assemblies and complete heating systems for manufacturers – up to fully assembled stoves and boilers. We support our customers from the design phase through to serial production. Manufacturing takes place in our own facilities with a high degree of vertical integration – from metalworking to wet-paint finishing. For energy that delivers – and endures.
