The DACH+HOLZ International once again attracted numerous visitors from both domestic and international regions to Stuttgart. Zambelli showcased durable and easy-to-install solutions in the areas of roof drainage and building envelope.
Roof Drainage at your fingertips
As a leading manufacturer of roof drainage systems, the company presented innovations and improvements to its products.
The Zambelli Master System, bearing the quality seal of the Zambelli Compass Rose and featuring the ease of installation through the 3-point connection, was highly popular.
Particularly highlighted was the Robust color system, which, due to its high-quality materials and scratch- and color-resistant surfaces, offers an advantage in modern construction. It is predominantly made of coil-coated steel strip.
The sandwich panel gutter hook with a novel Plascoat® coating for excellent corrosion protection and weather resistance also garnered significant interest. The innovative modular system is compatible with the most common trapezoidal sandwich profiles.
Additionally, a crowd-puller was the new online configurator for the sandwich panel gutter hook. Fully embracing digitalization, it facilitates consultation and planning for customers. The online tool could be extensively tested at the booth.
The fascia outlet for a seamless connection between facade, flat roof, and drainpipe, along with the square hopper and the sleekly designed rainwater collector, completed the portfolio, giving visitors a comprehensive overview of both proven and new Zambelli components.
Functional and aesthetic: RIB-ROOF metal lightweight elements
Zambelli also introduced innovations in the field of RIB-ROOF metal roof systems. Demonstrating the ability to customize metal facades with solutions from the Bavarian manufacturer, the company showcased its new product line, Zambelli Siding. The siding panels are suitable for prefabricated, ventilated facades as a lightweight system.
Another highlight was the new roll clip, which optimizes the attachment of profile sheets and minimizes expansion movements.
Under the theme "Future and Sustainability," Zambelli presented its proven green roof, which impresses with its low weight and rainwater storage capacity.
Another focus of the trade show appearance was the solar mounts for photovoltaic systems. These are compatible with any RIB-ROOF metal roof system and are approved by building regulations.
Focus on sustainability
The Zambelli Group is committed to environmental awareness and sustainability. Zambelli produces products with a long lifespan and a positive ecological balance, optimizes manufacturing processes, and supports various environmental initiatives. Additionally, the company is a member of the German Sustainable Building Council (DGNB). RIB-ROOF metal roof systems offer the highest functionality, safety, and meet all requirements of sustainable construction. They are generally approved by building authorities (ETA) and have comprehensive environmental product declarations. The products are also officially listed in the DGNB Navigator. Managing Director Frank Anders had the honor of receiving the DGNB Navigator Label during an official handover at the DACH+HOLZ from Ralf Pimiskern, the head of DGNB certification.
