With a new booth concept, Zambelli returned to BAU 2023 in Munich after a four-year hiatus, showcasing proven products and systems, as well as numerous innovations from its two business areas of roof drainage and building envelope to an international professional audience.
Roof drainage expertly presented
The Zambelli fascia outlet proved to be a major attraction in the field of roof drainage. It offers a seamless connection between the facade, flat roof, and drainage pipe.
Also, visitors were particularly impressed with the new square hopper, which stood out with its elegant combination of base plate and casing in both centric and eccentric connection designs.
Additionally, the gutter hook for sandwich panels garnered significant interest once again. This highly sought-after modular system is now compatible with the most commonly used trapezoidal sandwich profiles, establishing itself as a reliable solution.
Moreover, the digital Zambelli product finder was introduced for the first time, providing a convenient online tool for comprehensive product research. Since the trade fair, the product finder can also be accessed on the website.
RIB-ROOF systems - timeless in design, functional in application.
Highlights in the building envelope category were the brand new Zambelli Siding Profiles, which allow for the realization of nearly all requirements for sophisticated and customized facade design. The panels, available in various widths, are suitable for lightweight construction systems used in ventilated curtain walls, including starting and finishing profiles. With its interlocking system, it enables the creation of different color combinations, panel lengths, various joint patterns, and captivating building views.
Another standout feature at the booth was the new narrow, roll-formed verge cover, a special RIB-ROOF profiling. This design allows for the simultaneous installation of the side roof finish along with the roofing membranes.
The roll clip complements and completes the RIB-ROOF fastening systems, which include the standard sliding clip, alignment clip, and alignment profile.
