The Zambelli storage space and garage flaps add the finishing touches to the exterior look of a caravan or motor home. The flaps are fully foamed with PUR during production, as this material has ideal properties for caravan and motor home flaps.

The frame system for caravan doors is made of anodised or coloured and powder-coated aluminium profiles in a intricate automotive design. The door leaf consists of a heat-insulating PU foam core and is therefore extremely torsion-resistant due to its aluminium sheeting on both sides.

The specially developed locking systems can be operated with one hand from the outside, although a secure 2-point locking system is fitted. This method is referred to as “one-hand operation” (OHO). The locking system connection on the inside of the door is not visible, preserving a clean and uncluttered look. Other commercially available locking systems can also be integrated into the flap. The height of the locking system is variable, depending on the size of the flap.
