The Zambelli motor home doors catch the eye with a wide range of sizes, design variants and special models. The doors are manufactured to meet customer requirements. This adaptability assures complete flexibility with regard to frame, window, sealing and locking systems in combination with the specially developed hinges and upgrade options. So customer wishes can be developed individually, manufactured and delivered.
The particular design means that a new door can be produced without any significant invest. The attached deep drawn part made of UV-resistant ABS leaves virtually no wishes unfulfilled and accommodates the customer’s wishes precisely.
Accessories:
The frame system for caravan doors is made of anodised or coloured and powder-coated aluminium profiles in a intricate automotive design. The door leaf consists of a heat-insulating PU foam core and is therefore extremely torsion-resistant due to its aluminium sheeting on both sides.
PMMA windows are installed as standard features in the mobile home doors.
The windows can be fitted with various accessories.
Additional blackout systems:
The double sealing system was developed precisely for the requirements of our customers. No matter the season, the Zambelli sealing system withstands all weather conditions. The perfect seal adds the finishing touches to the door functions but still offers low resistance during closing.
Developed specifically by Zambelli, the smooth system consists of a central locking unit (1-point locking) with upgrade options.
The products are available with specially developed concealed hinges or with standard hinges.
Zambelli is happy to fulfil its customers’ wishes at any time, e.g. coming-home lights, closing aid or an integrated waste disposal bin.
