Standardised accessories for roof drainage.

We manufacture the Zambelli roof drainage accessories mainly in accordance with the DIN 18461 and EN 612 standards that are valid for Germany and Europe.
We recommend referring to the ZVSHK guidelines for detailed calculations.

18461

Semi-circular & box-shaped gutters.

In Germany, DIN 18461 regulates the dimensions and properties of semi-circular and box-shaped gutters, which Zambelli manufactures from aluminium, copper, zinc, stainless steel and galvanised steel in various nominal thickness varieties.

The following guidance tables provide information on cut widths and nominal thickness ranges for semi-circular and box-shaped gutters as well as round downpipes.

CE
mark

Why is there no CE mark?

Quite simply: it is only permitted to affix a CE mark to construction products for which a harmonised standard exists under the Construction Products Directive. This is not the case with EN 612, which standardises roof drainage. A CE mark may only be issued if the standard is published in the list of harmonised standards. This means we are not allowed to use the CE mark in accordance with the Construction Products Regulation (as of 1 July 2013).
But this does not affect the product quality. All products manufactured by us satisfy the relevant product standards.
