Both the upper bracket holder and gutter hook are made from steel and coated with an innovative Plascoat® coating. The color variations of the Zambelli gutter hook set for sandwich panels are also made of steel. The Plascoat®-coated upper bracket holder and the gutter hooks are precisely powder-coated to match the Zambelli standard colors.
The corrosion protection used on the sandwich panel gutter hook is Plascoat® PPA 571 by Axalta. It is a thermoplastic powder coating. Plascoat® is designed to provide long-term corrosion protection for metal even in the most demanding environments. The coating is characterized by its durability, environmental friendliness, cost-effectiveness, and resilience.

We recommend installation with slope. For collision- and constraint-free installation, the roof overhang should be at least 100 mm.

The Zambelli sheet metal concept includes eaves panel and splash plate. It has been developed to ensure proper sheet metalwork around the gutter inlet for sandwich panels.
Due to the unique geometry of the special gutter hook, conventional eaves panels cannot be installed in the transition area between the sandwich panel and the gutter.
