With its innovative gutter hook set, Zambelli has developed a roof drainage system that works for the most widely used sandwich panels. Thanks to this user-oriented solution, gutters can be securely attached to the outer shell of the sandwich panel. Due to high demand, the product has been continuously developed and perfected over the past few years, resulting in a well-rounded product range.
A significant milestone is the new gutter hook configurator. This practical online tool guides interested parties through the configuration of their individual sandwich panel gutter hook set.
Using the online configurator is intuitive, simple, and fast. In the first step, the user selects the appropriate type from 21 panel types for their project. The gutter hook set is compatible with the most common sandwich panels and gutters, such as Kingspan KS1000 RW, BRUCHAPaneel® DP, Roma Typ D, FischerTHERM®, Joris Ide, Metecno G4®, and many others. If the desired panel manufacturer is not listed in the configurator, it can be requested individually from Zambelli.
In the next step, the user selects the coating for the gutter hook. In addition to the standard Plascoat® coating, users can choose from Zambelli colors RAL 7016, 8014, 9002, 9005, and 9007. For better corrosion and weather resistance, both the upper bracket holder and the sandwich panel gutter hook are made of steel and coated with Plascoat®.
After choosing one of the three panel thicknesses (0 to 60 mm, 80 to 100 mm, or 120-160 mm), the user selects from three gutter sizes in the next step. The hook sizes 200 (7-piece), 333 (6-piece), and 400 (5-piece) are depicted. Finally, the user specifies the total gutter length per roof area in meters. On an overview page, the user can see the data and the calculated quantity of gutter hooks and upper bracket holders bundled together. If available for the chosen panel profile, the appropriate eaves sheet can also be configured accordingly.
But the service doesn't end here. The online tool also provides tips for optimal processing. An important checkpoint is, for example, the sheet thickness of the sandwich top shell. The upper backet holder must fit precisely and seal tightly. The sheet thickness should be at least 0.5 mm. For the installation of the splash plate, a pressure-resistant height adjustment (self-adhesive) on the respective free upper belt is recommended. At the end of the configuration process, there is an option to download a parts list or send an inquiry directly to Zambelli.
