Compatible with the RIB-ROOF systems, such safety systems as the standard solar brackets and solar pipe brackets possess the National Technical Approval (Z-14.4-774) granted by the German Institute for Building Technology (Deutsches Institut für Bautechnik,DIBt) and bear the statutory Ü mark.
Besides the already existing roof-parallel or raised module installation methods, there is now another building-integrated variant with solar film. An innovative solution that increases power generation as well as your revenue.
The solar film now lets you use even buildings with sophisticated architecture for the generation of solar power. Statics or design very often do not permit the installation of roof-parallel or raised photovoltaic systems, as they are too heavy or large and may not comply with the specifications for building design. The solar film adapts perfectly to the shape of the RIB-ROOF roof profiles.
RIB-ROOF metal roofing systems and the supplier of solar films jointly developed an ultra-light, flexibly attachable solar film with a thickness of less than 1 mm. The solar film retains its efficiency in low light conditions and at high temperatures. A unique roll-to-roll process is used to produce this new solar solution, and you receive a product with Zambelli quality approval.
You can simply order your RIB-ROOF roof including solar film ex works. The film is attached to the RIB-ROOF profiled sheets during the manufacturing process. The roof profiles with the photovoltaic cells are customized according to the project requirements and delivered to the construction site to guarantee quick and easy on-site installation.
Downstream application of the solar film is also uncomplicated. The RIB-ROOF roof can be upgraded by fitting the modular system and plug-in solution. Any RiB-ROOF installation partner can mount the system on-site, including connection to the inverter. This PV solution saves time and money compared to other retrofitting methods, while reducing your carbon footprint at the same time.
