The DACH+HOLZ International from March 5-8, 2024, is the most important meeting point for the roof and timber industry throughout Europe. For Zambelli, the established trade fair has been a mandatory event for many years, which is why the traditional company from Bavaria will once again present a comprehensive overview of its services to professional visitors this year.
The DACH+HOLZ International not only provides a comprehensive overview of innovations related to the material metal but also focuses on topics such as "Digitalization in Construction" and "Future and Sustainability." In line with these aspects, Zambelli will showcase functional, durable, and installer-friendly solutions in metal construction at its 144 m² booth.
Rainwater Systems masterfully staged
As a leading manufacturer of roof drainage systems, Zambelli continuously works on innovations and product improvements. The drainage specialists present interesting additions and updates to the product lines of the Zambelli Master System. With the quality seal of the Zambelli compass rose and the ease of installation through the 3-point connection, the Zambelli system is gaining increasing popularity. The Robust color system is also prominently showcased due to rising demand. The modern product line is predominantly made of coil-coated steel band. The standard zinc-magnesium corrosion protection and the scratch- and color-resistant surface make the system a broad leader in advantages for drainage in modern construction. Additionally, Zambelli presents an efficient storage solution in a systematic approach for trade and craftsmanship.
Another highlight is the Sandwich Panel Gutter Hook. This innovative modular system is compatible with the most common trapezoidal sandwich profiles. The latest innovation: The innovative Plascoat® coating ensures optimal corrosion protection and weather resistance. It provides a comparable level of protection to hot-dip galvanizing but imparts a more homogeneous surface appearance. Due to high demand, Zambelli has recently extensively developed the sandwich panel product range and perfected digital consultation through the new Sandwich Panel Gutter Hook Configurator. With the online tool, interested parties can step-by-step plan their own sandwich panel gutter hook set. The new online configurator is just one part of Zambelli's comprehensive digital services. Following the website's relaunch, users have access to extensive information on the functionality and installation of all key products. Additionally, there is a wide range of datasheets and technical data available for download.
In addition to presenting the popular portfolio, Zambelli also showcases several innovations. The Fascia Outlet creates a seamless connection between the facade, flat roof, and downpipe – an aesthetically pleasing and system-compatible solution. Additionally, Zambelli introduces the Design Hopper, featuring a sleek connection between the baseplate and shell. The newly developed Box Gutter Connector fills a crucial gap in the box gutter range. Completing the product line focused on sustainable rainwater usage is the Zambelli Slim Rainwater Collector.
RIB-ROOF Innovations – Sustainable Metal Lightweight Construction
In addition to showcasing the well-known RIB-ROOF metal roof systems with accessories and the Thermo-Z spacer profile, first introduced at DACH+HOLZ 2020, a highlight of the trade fair will be the Zambelli Siding Profile. The siding panels, available in various construction widths, are suitable for ventilated facade systems as a lightweight construction system, including starting and ending profiles. The brand-new rolling clip complements and completes the RIB-ROOF fastening products, consisting of the standard sliding clip, alignment clip, and alignment profile. Unlike the proven sliding clip, this variant includes additional roller bearings to accommodate the expansion movements of the profile sheets supported there, minimizing rolling friction.
In line with the trade fair focus theme "Future and Sustainability," Zambelli presents its proven green roof. The designed complete roof with an easy-to-install green structure impresses with its low weight. Thanks to an innovative growth mat, the product is very lightweight and capable of storing up to 60 liters of water per square meter. Another sustainable solution is photovoltaic systems. The generation and use of renewable energies are essential for climate protection. The Bavarian manufacturer offers building code-approved solar mounts for all RIB-ROOF metal roof systems or a product-specific solar tube system.
Zambelli thinks and acts sustainably. All materials and systems are designed to meet the highest technical standards and sustainability requirements. The metal roofs are made from completely recyclable materials. Through simple dismantling, complete reusability of the roofing system is ensured.
