We are happy to introduce a new product at the BAU Trade Fair – a gliding/fixed-clip that complements our siding system.  Our siding-panels are available in various construction widths and can be used as a light-weight construction system for ventilated rainscreen façades.

The universal clip border functions as a perfect supporting structure for our RIB-ROOF Speed 500 profiled sheets on compression-proof surfaces, e.g. rigid thermal insulation. It incorporates technical advantages of the already proven flat and profiled clip borders with new, innovative product features, which results in an easier assembly process and optimum functionality for long-lasting roof systems.  

A narrow, roll-formed cover sheet for verge is a special RIB-ROOF profile. In this case, the lateral finishing roof flashing functioning as the verge termination flashing is produced together with the roof sheets. Reducing the amount of material and time required for the assembly enables you to cut the costs significantly. Sustainability is of paramount importance in this respect. Not only are the natural resources conserved in this way, but an architectural aspect is thus deliberately emphasised.

The RIB-ROOF metal roofing systems combine the highest standards of geometrical conformity, installation efficiency as well as rigorously analyzed system efficiency. Our customers can select from three possible systems to meet their specific requirements. The profoundly thought-out functionality and maximized safety make each system convincing.

Trapezoidal profiles are often used as supporting static substructures for build-ups on warm and cold roofs. For this reason, Zambelli has developed the innovative Thermo-Z spacer profile for substructures,. Its several rows of slotted holes, which are arranged in a staggered manner, allow for a reduced thermal bridge effect and better U-values. Thermal separating strips, commonly used between the roof cladding and the supporting structure, are no longer necessary. The Thermo-Z spacer profile provides an alternative to classic wood.

The multifunctional solar pipe in combination with the certified brackets is available as a complete RIB-ROOF solar system. A simple and fast installation, which does not require any screws, as well as a high level of prefabrication enable you to reduce the number of building components. The solar pipe can also be flexibly used for additional facade solutions and offers a fastening option for the module clamps which are provided in our product range as well.

The brand new rollclip expands and complements the RIB-ROOF fastening systems consisting of standard sliding clips, directional clips and directional profiles. Contrary to our well-proven sliding clips, this variant contains additional roller bearings which help to absorb the dilatation movements of the profiled sheets by minimizing the rolling friction. This is adavantageous thanks to the reduced coefficient of friction: the uneven roof surfaces as well as increased loads due to snow and green roof structures can be thus specifically absorbed.
